Aaron and the Sea of Stories

J—– T——-, one of my fellow Dorsey tree-planters, recently received an honourable mention in the Winnipeg Free Press/Writers’ Collective non-fiction contest.

His story, titled “Cold Confetti,” was published in this past Tuesday’s edition of the Free Press.

The story recounts one of his experiences tree-planting in Northern Ontario.

Jos is a great planter, an excellent writer, and an even better human being. Getting to know him this past May and June was definitely one of the highlights of my second tree-planting season.
